improvement and professional development of both individuals and their teams. He has successfully introduced and implemented creative ideas and solutions to problems which encounter tight deadlines and quality parameters.
His expertise lie in Strategic planning and performance management, alongside an in-depth knowledge of the supply chain process. Robert has worked for many top UK and overseas FMCG companies such as Coca Cola, Britvic, Bass Brewers, Coors, Express Foods and Sun Interbrew.

Expert in the design and implementation of change management and lean manufacturing techniques. Significant experience of successfully coaching change to deliver bottom line savings within the Brewing/FMCG manufacturing industries across the UK and Central Europe.
Lean Sigma Green Belt accredited with experience of leading successful cross functional projects producing sustainable improvements aligned with customer, consumer and company requirements.
Graham Howson
Team Development Specialist / Manufacturing & Packaging Expert
Graham is one of our lean manufacturing experts who has acquired both an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
He has significant experience in the management & manufacture of packaging in the brewing, beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries. In his time working for well known companies such as Bass Brewers, Coors and Britvic, he built several successful teams, delivered performance improvement training alongside supplier auditing.
His greatest love is working with teams to implement lean manufacturing techniques (specifically 5S).
Tony Marks
Chartered ELECTRICAL Engineer and Change Management Specialist
Tony has 30+ years experience leading maintenance, capital project and packaging teams in the brewing and chilled dairy industries. With considerable experience in environmental legislation, utility generation & distribution and capital project management (recently the lead for a £10 million dairy expansion).
Throughout his career, Tony has been a change ambassador, always striving for continuous improvement of both himself and his team through personal development, cost reduction initiatives, plant efficiency and quality improvements.
Steve Holyoake
PROJECT MANAGER and ENGINEERING Coach
Steve has many years of experience managing engineering legislative compliance, planned preventative maintenance, managing yearly budgets for maintenance, engineering 5S and running CAPEX projects.
His specializes in the engineering aspect of WCM including using root cause analysis to solve repetitive failures with sustainable solutions. Alongside solving problem areas he focuses on other areas for improvement such as enhancing service contracts, and building in-house through coaching and mentoring.
