Our mentoring program is tailored to the individuals needs and includes elements of training, coaching and problem solving. We capture elements that simply aren’t possible with on-line training courses/formal qualifications where there is a rigid syllabus, that is not specific to individual roles. This is what makes mentoring unique, it enables an individual to not only build their knowledge, but understand how it applies to their role and gain advice and guidance for any questions they may have. 

This is a very valuable service for recently promoted managers, managers looking to progress or managers who are developing their experience across unfamiliar functions. We often find more experienced managers where their careers have plateaued, can benefit from a fresh perspective in order to get their career back on track.

Our mentoring programme consists of weekly 1-2-1 virtual sessions over a 3 or 6 month period with our most suited mentor. The start of the schedule will include a free consultation to discuss your expectations and agree realistic objectives to be achieved by the end of the 3/6 month programme.
